Can I add a MyMovies.xml to a library?

So if I have a number of libraries, say the recordings and my other movies at two different libraries in the video library. I've figured out I can five them a picture by adding folder.jpp to the root directory.

But can I add a basic metadata file (so I can say what's in there, eg this has recordings, this has tv shows etc).

Since the "real" MyMovies.xml file is now encrypted it probably isn't the best source of meta data, but yes you can have meta data at the folder level I do it from Media\Shows I don't know if there is a file in the folder that provides default meta text for the folder.

I'd also tried folder.nfo, Videos.xml, videos.nfo (the name of the library).

For a directory it'll look for tvshow.nfo or move.nfo. It was also supposed to look for mymovies.xml, but I can see why that isn't working.

Ahh movie.nfo was the ticket.
