No tuner available

I have 2 tuners dvb-s NZ
One does canwest the other does tvnz each one is limited to its stations, completely separate line up
dvb/epg
all was fine but decided to update to 2.3.6

Now it wont let me record off both tuners at the same time

ie i can start a recording on tv1 but cant start a recording tv3 at same time
if i cancel tv1 recording will work on tv3 and vise versa
they record on the correct tuners just not at the same time

logs are coming

i can watch live tv even just not record
I know nothing but it seems the logic is wrong

added all my stations to both tuners no go
wiped out everything started over no go
even deleted config still no go
same issue no tuner available yet it works if i record on one and watch live on other

i have had the same tuners for over 3 years working fine

I have all stations scanned on both tuners now but still does has the same result

I think it's due to an unfortunate combination of very closely-related but different devices, and the fact that one of them also does DVB-T, which is tripping things up. You can fairly easily get it going correctly though, just try deleting the "Hauppauge 88x family" section of devicerules.xml.

You'll need to remember to do it for future releases as well. The default settings, which include that section in the xml, is a better default, and works better for the vast majority of devices and combinations.
