Sorry I didnt notice that the System log was later down the file. Your problem is different because NPVR actually started recording which should have prevented sleep, where as the others I have seen the computer went to sleep just before the recording started. There should be another Power Troubleshooter entry around around 20:25 which would tell you when it went to sleep. Did it produce two .TS files, one for the start and a second for the restart? This is now beginning to ring a bell as I once had a recording which stopped after a very short time but I never found a reason and it hasnt happened again. I think it coincided with a scheduled event and blamed that for causing the problem.

Now that MCE Standby is in, I am sure that the machine is not going into standby during recording. MCE Standby log and the System log agree on the sleep periods. NRecord sometimes logs two resume events (within a second) but only ever one sleep event. The digital logs do not show any indication of sleeps or of the recording stopping. I have also got the incomplete EPG problem so I am reconfiguring again...
