Interesting... I let the client go inactive for 10 minutes and the show played without exiting the program.
I'm not sure how long it has to sit to be able to replay what was a problem recording before the patch. I'll give it a go in 5 minutes and see what happens.
I just never thought to try that, just happened to hit play on a lark.
I've been looking at the logs, but still not sure why it's not playing correctly. I'm not 100% sure about this, and doesn't really explain why it'll play once, but it looks like it might be unhappy with an unexpected 84 bytes at the end of this file.
What source was used for recording this file? Normally a ts file size would be a precise multiple of 188. This one has 84 bytes left over when you divide the file size by 188.
If you have the ability, it might be worth seeing if removing these extra bytes makes any difference.

You could try using cutchunk on the recording, which also cuts a multiple of 188. ie if you replace the recording a chunk of the first 200MB or so, does it still happen?
