My recordings "disappear" following an automatic epg update. The recording-backup.xml is essentially empty. I can re-import them from a older version of recording-backup. I created a new recordings folder, and the two new recordings in that folder were not missing following an update.
I'm thinking this is related to my previously reported problem of access to the recordings folder being denied to Nrecord (started at the same time). Nrecord runs the epg update, and since it can't access the recordings folder, assumes there aren't any recordings, so deletes them from the database and creates an empty backup file.
If this is correct, then I'd like to move the recordings to a new folder. Best way to do this? Move, then edit the database? With 60 recordings, kind of a pain and liable to mistakes.
If logs would help, I can reproduce and post them.
