I will try this one sub and see how it works. Also can you do something about the systray icon responding slooooowly to right clicks on some systems?

2 questions, does XBMC support PIP and also will that portion work with android XBMC?

I dont think XBMC's PVR portion does PIP.

Just leave it as 0000 in XBMC. In future NextPVR may allow you it to set it. Its only only there for compatibility with another type of client application that required a pin.
