I'm not able to reproduce it here, however, I'm still on npvr 2.5.5 so I'm not exactly sure if this may be caused due to

I've applied all the patches and I can't reproduce the problem any more (although I am not sure how reproducable it was). I'll report back with logs if it happens again. Thanks alibert.
