EPG / Schedules Direct issue

I just installed NextPVR for the first time and I'm having some issues with Schedules Direct. I already have a SD account as I used it with another PVR. When I choose a channel and try to set it to use schedules direct, I don't have any options under "Lineup" and "Mappings". This happens even after putting my username and password in, then clicking on download. I checked the log file for errors and this is what I have:

I also noted that a schedulesdirect.xml file is not getting created.

Any ideas?

There is no sign of errors in that log file snippet.

Do you have your lineup setup on the schedules direct website?

Yes I do. I was using it with MediaPortal and with my recent testing of TVheadend... both were able to grab from SD fine.

Is you data directory c:\users\public\npvr, or somewhere else?

I figured it out... notice the second line in the log says connection closed... It should say connection gzip or something like that. Turns out something doesn't like my web proxy (astaro). I created an exception for the url the software is connecting to and it works now... What is odd is the fact that TVheadend and MediaPortal both can grab from SD through my proxy.
