All of the pre-reqs for NextPVR are installations including DirectX. Download to anywhere you like and execute the file that you have downloaded ... this will do the install.

OK, I ran DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer and that DID solve the problem of the warning message! It was the much larger package at johnsonx42's suggested link that would've required location input, but thanks anyway Graham.
