babgvant looked at the log and didn't see anything that can help make this work. His comment like my original comment is this is truly an XBMC issue and I don't expect that anything more will be done in SageDCT. I"ll see if I can add my own ffmpeg processing prior to sending it to XBMC, but this is not an optimum solution. In the meantime NextPVR does a better job with LiveTV anyway so it should not be discarded as an option.

Just install the full release of Frodo. Maybe something changed for the better.

Could one of you having problems with SageDCT and XBMC PM me. babgvant has a test build that he would like someone to test that might correct the problem with the captured DCT files

You should be all set now on XBMC with NextPVR 2.6.2 and SageDCT 2.7.2

Yes, there is now an option in SageDCT to enable the ffmpeg on the capture tab needed for xbmc.
