Tuner Plugins - Output folders

When a recording is requested from a tuner plugin like NetworkRecorder does NRecord create the master folder? ie:

Assuming that C:\Recordings exists, do you create C:\Recordings\Elementary before asking the plugin to
record C:\Recordings\Elementary\Elementary 20130222_22002300.ts

Yes, NextPVR will create the folder.
