no channels in scanning

hi

i have been trying to setup a PC with nextpvr
but when i scan i don't get any channels
my distributer is Yousee
and the DVB-C tuner is the MSI DigiVox Trio
i get the analog channels, just not the digital
anyone have any idea on what the problem could be

You'll probably need to do a scan, then post your npvr.log so I can take a look.

i just found out that i used a tuner file i made earlier that was incomplete
so here is another log file

There is no sign of any errors there, but the device never locks onto a signal, so never delivers any data to NextPVR.

If it was me, I'd be trying to check I've definitely got the correct frequencies/symbolrate/modulation for this DVB-C network. These being incorrect is the most likely reason it's not locking onto a signal.
