been down that road already...it still happened anyways. the first time it happened, i had did that.
Server:WHS 2011
Flexraid 2.0u11 Tx+ 6DRUs 1PPU 2URUs (snapshot only)
Asus P5KLP-AM EPU with E6300 + 4GB of Ram
2x Syba SD-SATA2-2E2I 4 Chnl SATA II Card
Mediasonic HF2-SU2S2 Pro Box 4 Bay (esata)
Pooling: Stablebit Drivepool (10TB)(various drive sizes)

It might be worth compressing and uploading your sd.xml file from the data directory. You can email it to me if you'd like.

Here it is but i have reloaded the EGP since the error so that i could get XBMC to load it, so this isnt the version that was there when the problem last occurred.. i still hope it can help or else i will have to wait till the problem happens again.

No you sent schedulesdirect.xml which is older and likely created when you added channels.

Well i did a search for all my xml files in my NPVR folder and i dont have a sd.xml
