I also went on SD and modified my Listening and removed all the channels i dont have. I dont know if that will help my issue.

Having the smaller file is easier for testing, if the problem continues. What your sd.xml file shows does help identify there is a source problem.

If it was me I'd upgrade to 2.6.2 and set a less busy time not on an hour.

I dont want to upgrade to 2.6.2 because if anything goes wrong or more problems arise, i dont have time to fix them...new baby = no time . I saw that link but it seems that the problem was related to an outage. What do you mean set less busy time?

Many user have been reporting troubles with Schedules Direct EPG updates at 2AM Eastern. If you can't update (2.6.2 gives you any time) pick any other hour outside the 2-6 window when most North Americans probably update
