LiveTV Freezes after 1-2 seconds

Checking back on forum to see if you guys ever got ceton working in xbmc... looks like you may have? Trying to read through posts to understand process. Could you update network recording wiki so this is clear?

I don't have a Ceton and there is no CableCard in Canada, but with the current NextPVR and the current SageDCT it is supposed to work when it is configured for ffmpeg remuxing. The trouble is you need to request access for 2.7.2 SageDCT.

You might also have luck with XBMC 13 alphas.

Hello Martin,

Have there been any developments on this issue? Im using a Ceton with FIOS and npvr and sometimes I can get a live feed, changing channels usually does not work. NPVR says the channel has changed but I get nothing on XBMC just a buffering message. Im using SageDCT 2.7.2 64bit and I have my Capture ffmpeg multiplers set to 1 for proble and analyze

I'd start by increasin the delay in NetworkRecord.xml to 4000 and restarting the recording service. If that doesn't work upload your xbmc.log and your nextpvr logs and and I will have a look.

I forgot to ask you to enable sagedct debug logging but does c:\temp exist?

Also are you using ports 6970, 6972, 6975 and 6979 in NetworkRecorder.xml
