I changed the web server port to 80, but I have Windows Firewall turned off on the computer I am running NExtPVR on. Are you referring to the router firewall? That is still active, but I guess I do not understand why the computer would need to access the router when everything is located on the host computer. I did see something in an error message or something where the request to access the old port was "actively refused". Maybe that is the problem? I will play around with things to see what happens.
Update: Triple checked WIndows Firewall to insure that NextPVR, NRecord and NHostsomething all had clearances through the firewall. Windows Antivirus shows no issues. Then I uninstalled NextPVR and did a fresh install and repatch after a reboot. Double checked to make sure video/sound was coming through ok with the Homerun software. Everything fine there. Reset web server port to 8866. Result: Black screen, no sound. Would it affect anything if I unchecked "Use web server", since everything is on one computer, and I do not anticipate using NextPVR from another source? Finally, I tried using the Live TV feature on XBMC (Frodo), and it said the client was not started, which was strange, since the NextPVR service was running.
Any more ideas? My logs are in the first couple posts.
