Have been watching Wimbledon on BBC RB 303 HD.
It's a so called interactive channel showing multiple matches.
There seems to be no facility in NPVR to support this?
Maybe a future feature?
I can upload a sample if required.

I have no plan to implement MHEG-5 support, but you can probably just scan for the channel and watch it like a normal channel.

Is it just the HD channel you are having problems with? I dont have an HD tuner but have had no problem recording the SD channel 301 & 302 because they are in the EPG just like any other channel.

Just rescan with your HD Tuner and it will be picked up (don't forget to untick all the channels you don't want) and added to the epg - it's on the HD mux.
Next epg update and the guide will be populated (if you are using the DVB-EPG guide)

I've done a logo for it in the freeview pack

Thanks but Sub has already answered the question.
Actually I now think there aren't multiscreens on 303HD anyway.
I thought the BBC implied that you could tune in to 303HD and have multiscreen selection but I think they mean that 303HD is just a single screen that can be accessed via the Red Buttton Menu [on a TV not nPVR].

The Red Button streams are just additional channels, hidden behind the facade of being interactive when they're really not. If you can get them tuned in then you're good to go.

And not having mpeg-5 is a good thing in my opinion, as it means no annoying "Press Red" messages floating around on screen all the time. Most channels have enough on-screen clutter as it is with all their bloody logos.

I think the beeb dropped a lot of their transponder streams (cost?) ISTR there used to be 8 of them, I could only find two yesterday after a quick scan.

"Interactive" in this context means "changing channels". Sad

According to this http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/aboutthebbc/p...ton-summer there should be 2 SD an 1 HD red button on freeview and 3 SD and 1 HD on freeesat and the other providers.
Might need an updated freesat ini.

I know the current one includes the transponder for 303 (in HD), but I don't know if it has the SD one or not. I'll try to remember and check later on if I get a chance...
