Same output, multiple locations?

Not sure if this belongs in hardware or software or what. Anyway, I am looking to buy a new home. In my current home, I have an office on the second floor. I ran an hdmi cable to the first floor pvr and livingroom TV. That way I can move between rooms and watch the same content.

I want the same capibility in my new house but I could have 10 meters or so between TVs. Is there a device that would alllow me to send hdmi ota? Maybe wifi or something?

I should clarify. I really don't need the output going to both TVs at the same time, if I can remotly switch between TVs.

A 20 second google for "HDMI wifi" suggests that there are such devices.
