Won't Scan Channels on my HDHomeRun Dual

Here's what I'm working with:

Windows 8 (64 bit)
HDHomerun Dual (version 20130328) ethernet to my Asus RT-N66U router
NextPVR (2.6.2)

The problem is that I just can't get it to scan any channels, the tuners show up but won't scan.

Tried running the application as administrator and not.
Ran it with the firewall disabled, ran it with the router firewall disabled, both disabled.
Had the firewall enabled and with the three exceptions in there.
Had it set to "NextPVR" in the HDHR settings, and tried with it set to "Other - ATSC/QAM"
Tried uninstalling/reinstalling.

...still won't scan be any channels.

Can't upload a log, getting an error message saying it's an "Invalid File".

Any ideas?

You need to zip the logs before uploading them.

the log just shows you scanning channel 2 and then stopping. Did you stop the scan or did it stop by itself? Are you receiving channels by antenna or cable? If antenna, try the "US ATSC 7-51" channel setting, if cable try the Standard 70+ setting.
