I can't speak for that exact model, but I'm using 3.1.1 here (Windows 7) on both a machine with "Intel® HD Graphics", and another "Intel® HD Graphics 4000", so it's not an intrinsic problem with all Intel integrated graphics hardware.

TBS6285 PCI-E DVB-T2/T/C Quad Tuner Card (This is a bad card, I have so many problems with it)
TBS6281 PCI-E DVB-T2/T/C Dual Tuner Card
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2200 PCI-E

Nope, I have no other card to try with, but this worked before. The only thing i have done it to upgrade to 3.1.1

I have an ASRock Core 100HT with "Intel® HD Graphics" has the same problem as Kiwi/agerdin. Like Kiwi's, mine was also running Win 8 Pro but mine has had the issue with NextPVR 2.6.2 and older. I was never able to get it to work and ended up replacing it.

That's what I'v been trying to say, some cards just won't play with DirectX even the diag says everything is ok.

Now I am back at 2.6.2 and evrything works as a charm.

No warnings and the GUI behaviour is normal.

Not sure what to conclude from this though?

It just tries to create a SlimDX.Direct3D9.Device() object to use, and if it throws an exception, it'll log the exception message to npvr.log, and proceed without Direct3D support.

So, seeing the npvr.log may be helpful, if it happens to give us a helpful message.

I did, not sure about the others. I believe that I also tried the web installer too but I'm not positive.
