The attached patch will fix the situation where the horizontal menu was misbehaving with keystrokes when Direct3D wasn't available.

I know this isn't going to help with your problem with Direct3D not being available, but it needed to be fixed anyway.

Actually sub, the patch only fixes the problem when entering NPVR the first time. Coming back from TV Guide and its back to the behaviour described in my first post.

Also, TV Listing behaves bad. I know its not your plugin but I guess that also is related to the DirectX? See attached screen dump what happens when selecting a show.

Right you are. This patch should fix it.

This was a bug with the horizontal menu trying to do animation when animation was disabled, so you only see the very first frame.

I'm not sure what the TV Listings problem will be.

Probably the same issue. That looks like the start of the flyout animation. @agerdin, you should probably should post it in the TV Listings thread and point alibert here.
