ffdesca.dll in the installer

sub, why is not the file ffdesca.dll part of the installation? The times I do a clean install I always end up trying to figure out why the MDPlugin is not working and I always find myself adding this file.

You'r not the only one, I always forget it and end up scratching my head for hours until I remember it . I think it has something to do with distribution rights.

This file is considered illegal in many countries. It implements several DVB patents without permission.

I couldn't include it in NextPVR.
