I get the following error when i try to add a new recording (manual )

Are you running IIS or NVR web server

What OS? I see NT Authority\System..... you running a server OS?

NVR web server.
Just the default install....

Can you post a screen shot of what the screen looks like with your date/time values.... probably a culture thing I need to address.

It's a English OS but the time is not in the US standard defined

hmmm.. not able to reproduce here.... can you do a screen shot of what a filled in screen looks like on your end?

I set my region to Dutch (Belgium) and was able to set manual recordings without an issue.
