NextPVR 3.1.1 - Current Patches and Getting Started Info

ok, I'll gather up all the patches including the one just posted to correct the ATSC channel issue, and put them on my system to test that all is ok (yes, the patch sticky guy hasn't bothered putting all the patches on his own system yet). Assuming nothing breaks horribly, I'll put up 3.1.1 Patch R1 or whatever the heck I usually call the thing, this weekend.

thanks guys, I will hold off as I have to get my 4 NMT up and working after the upgrade so I was holding away until Martin gets done with all his write up so I have everything before I execute my upgrade :-)

I see a few people have noticed it already, but I neglected to point out that NPVR 3.1.1 Patch R1 is now available in post #1.

added a critical update for Windows XP users (and maybe 2003? not sure), which corrects a problem introduced by an earlier patch in the R1 rollup. Updated the patch rollup to R1a.
