help with scan

Did somebody try to scan transponder that is Turbo-8PSK? How You change transponder file to do this? In 110 119 129 W satellites I found duplicate frequencies is it mistake or they suppose to be there in this way?

I suspect no one understands exactly what you are talking about, you'll need to provide more information. Your location says "USA" but I think that's probably not correct? Knowing where you are helps understand your setup and questions better.

johnsonx42 I guess you don't know your lat/long. I think that is Dish Network, but I have no idea what FTA they have.

Sorry. It is dishnet they have some HD sport channels FTA but they are turbo-8psk.

Do you have BDA drivers installed? Some cards like genpix do provide them but they aren't there by default.

I wouldn't claim that I do exactly, but I did get that he was in the western hemisphere. We just have so little FTA satellite it's hardly worth the bother, so I figured he might be somewhere in south america... though I don't know if there's any FTA satellite there either.

Yes I have genpix installed and it works perfect with other software. My question is what i have to change in transponder file to recognize turbo-8psk modulation.
The other question is for duplicate transponders what i have to do (to eleminate them or not).

I don't really know anything about 'turbo 8psk', and cant see any modulation constants related to it in the BDA interface spec. I've emailed genpix for more info on the tuning requirements.
