No Audio decoders?

Almost working... but I'm not getting any audio on Live TV.
I don't have any decoders apparently? See the attached screenshot.
What should I have?
Where would I get them?

My HDHomeRun app can tune any station and watch TV with audio.
And Windows Media Center works fine.

But NPVR can't decode the audio.
What are the ... buttons next to the pulldown for? I click on those and they don't do anything.

You need an AC3 audio decoder for US HDTV. Many of us use AC3 Filter. Download and install and it should show up in the selection box. The ... buttons will bring up the configuration for the decoder, if it supports it. Also, you should set the audio and music renderers to Default, at least to start with.
