Web (NEWA) missing EPG data

I have the latest official version (Oct 2013) running successfully on a 64 Bit windows 8.1 system . I am using XBMC as a remote client on 2 remote PC's and the TV interface works quite well including HD channels I have 2x2 PCIE DVB-T2 tuners and 1 USB DVB-T2 tuner configured. The issue I have is that using a Web browser IE or chrome the web interface is missing the EPG data. I can view existing recordings and play them back successfully with VLC and all other WEB options appear to work except the EPG data display

Do your see listings in the NextPVR TV Guide screen? If you go to the Settings -> Channels screen, and hit the 'Update EPG' button, does it pull in your listings?

If that doesn't work and you have errors in your logs about corrupt database or you get errors when you try to do an "Episode Search" with NEWA, try hitting "Empty EPG" and then, "Update EPG". If that still doesn't fix it, reply here & I (or someone else) can give you directions to "clean" your database.

Yes listings are fine in NextPVR TV Guide screen and in XBMC and update EPG works fine. just missing from the NEWA web screen

Odd that it'd be working in the TV Guide and XBMC, but not NEWA. I'll move this thread to where it's more likely UJB will see it.

Try the below command.....

Try using the npvr.exe -emptyepg command and then reload your epg

FYI - I just had the same problem after playing with my devices setting. The guide was just fine within the Windows app and all features of NEWA were working except the first page. I've somehow fixed it by right-clicking the Windows app -> Settings -> Channels -> Empty EPG and then Update EPG.

Thanks.... it is an oddity I have not been able to explain but it isn't NEWA itself....
