TV Wonder 750USB Missing Low Numbered Channels

I have a TVW750 and am missing all ATSC channels below 19. All channels are picked up on Windows Media Center.

Have you tried scanning for channels with the scan ofsets option ticked in the dialogue box where you scan for new channels?

Do a scan and zip and post your logs.

In addition to your logs (specifically the NPVR.log after doing a channel scan), give us your zipcode so that we can look up what channels you ought to be receiving. Please also confirm that when you said "ATSC channels" you do indeed mean you're using an antenna?

Zip 94539. I uninstalled NPVR, installed Argus TV, same issue with default config.
I'll reinstall ASAP.

Now Channel 12 is the lowest picked up. On the TV and Windows Media Center, I can receive channels as low as 2.

looks to me like the only physical channel you're missing is 7. The channel 2 you're looking for is a virtual channel number carried on physical channels 44 and 48, but your log stops before you get there.

For channel 7, it appears to lock the signal, but it's low quality and no data is received:

In Config.xml, try increasing <ScanCollectionMS> to 10000; that will make it wait longer for channel data.
