I have an HDHR3-CC, I subscribe to schedulesdirect and have Charter cable. If I go to channels, right click NextPVR screen, I see my listings and these include BBC America. I can't map channel 133 BBC America because my mapping only shows channels up to ch 67 SciFi. How do I get to map channels above 67? Thanks.

sounds like you didn't select the correct lineup at schedules direct. or if you have multiple schedules direct lineups, you may need to select a different lineup in the Channel->Details screen.

Just checked schedulesdirect. The correct Charter Cable is listed. Zap2it will show hundreds of channels but schedulesdirect only lists 67 that may be enabled or disabled. What I can try and do is go to my HDHR3-CC setup and change a useless low numbered channel to 133 BBC America. Then I'll map channel 133 to the low numbered channel in NextPVR and see if I can get what I want that way. Just beginning to use this stuff. I see I probably have to go and unmap some low major channels and remap to the HD channel of the same name. As it is I'm getting some side bars. I realize that in the software there's a 'cut the borders' option but I think since HDHR3-CC converts the HD to x264, this may be the way to go.

Well, left HDHR3-CC setup alone. In NextPVR I dialed up to channel 770 BBCA HD, then mapped to channel 3 of the 67 listed. Now the TVGuide shows what's scheduled on BBCA and a search of one of the listed shows does appear and allows itself to be scheduled. Works

For me, it looked like all the different provider options were available in "pairs" (in the USA). It looked as if the first entry in each pair had just the basic channels (first 100 or so), and the full digital lineup under the second entry of each pair. Anyhow, I selected the second option in the pair that best suited me, and all is well.

Yep, I've seen this too. I think the reason for this was one being the original analog cable lineup, and the other being the new digital channel lineups with all the channels.

I've just found the answer to wrong channels. I have cable and sit mid-way between to large towns. The cable co has lineups for both towns. So, I gave my zip to schedulesdirect and was presented with choices and chose that which corresponds to my zap2it listing. Didn't work. I know which town provides my service which differs from billing so I punched in that zip on schedulesdirect. I now had better lineup choices and found the lineup that corresponds to my reception exactly. Now I have to find out how to get NPVR to change the channels. Empty EPG/UpdateEPG leave the old lineup. Oh, my lineup changed from 60 channels to the 400+ channels when I got the correct lineup.

I found the above new post in a completely unrelated year-old thread. I'm not sure how it got there, whether by forum error or user error, but I moved here as it seems like a follow-up to this thread by the OP.
