Record only after a certain air date?

Is it possible with NextPVR and SchedulesDirect to record only after a certain air date?

I have many shows of a show in question and I only wish to record ones after a particular air date so I don't end up with tons of duplicates. Or just tell it Season 5 and above, for example.

I have searched the forum and Google but don't really see anything like this.

Sorry, no. There is no settings that does this.

Could you do it using the advanced rules to do something like that? I'm not sure exactly how you'd structure the rule exactly, but if something like that is going to be possible, that's where you'd need to start.
