Maybe they just had way too many XBMC shirts to get rid of and it was easier to change the name.
Seriously, I think it's a good idea.

Yeah, given it hasn't worked on Xbox hardware for years, and never even made it only Xbox 360 or Xbox One, I'm guess a name change makes sense. It'll be interesting to see if they go as far as changing the names of directories, config files, log files etc. Could be a major pain in the arse.

Suspect it, will, of course be major pain in the arse, for code writing. I'm just waiting to see how it evolves. There's some info there but a load left unsaid.......
