No. When I moved the setup outside the addon I never figured out a good UI for adding the channel-group filter popup so there isn't one. For now you can only type the name in the settings or use the web client. Any suggestions where to add this? Martin

Ah, didn't even see that in the Advanced TAB. Haven't looked at the API's in awhile, does sub provide one for pulling down a list of the Channel Group Names? If so, couldn't you create a list in that dialog and allow the user to scroll thru and select?

There's no python code involved in the settings so I don't know how to do that, that's the problem. I was meaning where inside the addon/EPG do you see it? I use the context menu for changing dates.

I think you can create a list in the settings dialog, but not sure it can be done dynamically...
http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Add-on_settings The context menu might work, however, I didn't even know it existed until you mentioned it and I hooked up a keyboard. I use a remote and am unable to get to it via CEC... If you could select it via context menu, then saved it in settings to persist the selection, that would work.

I have lots of lists, in settings.xml the problem is custom picklists as you suspect.
CEC should support the context menu, you just need to have your button code and the keymap.xml match. Maybe ty the Info button? Martin

I had a quick check on the xbmc forums and as luck would happen someone posted recently http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=126679 with exactly what I needed. It's in the next release.
