Live TV only - Audio stutters when NPVR receives H.264 transcoded stream

I believe that is correct, but hopefully johnsonx42 will confirm because I have no way to test. In the U.S. you only get live TV with MPEG1 audio from an analog tuner. (The ATSC standard does allow MPEG1, so there could be a TV station somewhere in North America broadcasting with MPEG1 audio, but no such station has been mentioned on the forum in recent years.)
