Thanks for the plugin.
But if i replace VSFilter.ax by latest one from MPC-HC standalone filters, it will be not autoloaded until i register it.

BTW, even the original one from the plugin itself will not autoload until registration.
I would like to prevent to register DirectVobSub, becouse it will broke video playback in other applications/games.

Ok, I've found some issues with the plugin. First, some of the code needs to be updated but there are also several bugs that need to be fixed and a couple of issues that need to be addressed (like if something other than LAV Splitter Source is loaded as the source filter).

I have started modifying my Bluray Player plugin to take control of mkv playback as well as Bluray discs/folders so that I can add native audio/subtitle stream selection to NextPVR. I will add the feature of loading VSFilter without it being registered and also add an option to disable the Bluray player part (effectively turning into an better version of this plugin).

Would the mkv playback work in the Movies Plugin for NPVR? Also what are the chances of 3D interleaved mkv's working? There seems to be more of them "floating" around and would be a good way of backing up those 3D Blu-Rays we all have.

I intercept playback based on file extension. So it will work anytime that a bdmv/mkv file is selected for playback. 3D is something that I have wanted to look into but haven't had the time. I would have to use the filters from Stereoscopic Player and I would need to figure out how to programmatically set the parameters of the filter.

I guess I didn't post a new build before I wen AWOL. This has already been done. It now works when selecting "DVD" in the main menu.
