Close X-NEWA (webclient) when server goes to sleep

Yes server side. However you use the fred250's web client too and since sub made this change for fred250, at my user's expense (yes still a sore point) you might experience whatever fred250 was tryiing to avoid on your Samsung.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people keep their clients running so long.

I dont always leave them running.
Its just that if i walk out and it doesnt shut down or what ever the res would go low and i didnt know how to fix other than restarting server which is not ideal when recordings have started for the day.

Can we get sub's attention to this one? My eyes hurt everytime I see this low res screen and what's worse: it's really bad for the WAF Smile

Exiting from the main menu with the fake exit tag doesn't seem to help, btw.

@sub thanks. Chris did you make sure <FakeExit>false</FakeExit> is in the <General/> section?

Yes, it is. When I exit a low resolution session and start a new session, the resolution is the same. The only way to solve this is restart Kodi or restart the recording service.

On mine its every second start of the addon i get low res (dont have to restart xbmc ,Im not on kodi yet)

I'd like to see the web.log to see why it is not starting. Also you using 2.4.6~alpha?

I started using 2.4.6~alpha today. Same issues, I hope the logs help.

Does it help at all if you turn off sub's pvr addon?
