No, if it's a new system you're setting up, then it shouldn't cause any problem. ie, you will loose any channels you'd setup, and settings specific to that device, but on a new system that shouldn't matter.

You can also just delete the npvr.db3, which will cause it to start from scratch.

Zipped, It exceeds the file size limit it is almost 18mb

I went ahead and deleted the db3 file. Not a big deal to redo

I opened a ticket with SchedulesDirect. Here is their response

As a workaround, while setting up my first device, I [painfully] selected only the channels I wanted from Setup Device>Import. I let it update, then when i set up the rest of my devices, I simply let nextPVD set them up the same way

have requested.

It's up to your application to allow you to select which channels to
download.
