Help Noob Plz Trying to get Recordings named correctly

Is there anyway to have shows recording with better naming convention? I use media center master and it looks for Castle.S01E01.Description.mp4 (as an example). The way NPVR names it MCM cannot recognize it. Help?

NextPVR doesn't uses that format for it's file names, since the series and episode numbers are usually not known. This information is not typically included with EPG info that supplies the TV listings.

Try searching for "imagegrablite" though, which is a utility that can lookup season/episode info from the internet and rename recordings.
