Complete frustration...

I have never participated in a forum before but I am at the edge of sanity. I cannot get my KODI to work with nextpvr. When I try to view a channel I get no turner available. Everything I see online and kodi says to check the log. Where’s this log and what is am I looking for on the log. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 rpi running the newest openelec and 3 pcs running kodi 14.2 and it’s the same. Finds the channels gives the epg but I get the no turner available error when I try to view a channel.

To try and install two applications like Kodi or NextPVR without bothering to look at their wikis makes no sense to me.

Of course, that is all done after confirming that you can watch recording in the NextPVR client first and that the tuner is actually working.

What you are trying to do (presumably for as cheap as chips) is not an out of the box solution

I totally concur with Martin, you have to read the manual, just a little bit......

Work out what you want (for free) and get it to work or dabble at the edge of sanity......
