I saw a thread about fixing the EPG being incorrect compared to what's in the NextPVR db etc. (http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post481443)

I followed it (I noticed the XBMC_NextPVR_win32.dll is now called Kodi_NextPVR_win32.dll on Kodi 14.2).

Unfortunately replacing these two files (ensuring the NextPVR service is shutdown in services) and restarting Kodi, and no matter how many times I reset the database in the Advanced/Experted settings I still get the incorrect numbering/channel logos rendered in the Kodi EPG....

The channel changing/starting up and everything else (no buffering for me) is excellent...but the EPG being out is really frustrating...does anybody know what I may be doing wrong?

Thanks

Did you set the Kodi option to use the backend channel numbers?

Yes, I did that also...see screen shot of what I have selected after a full reset.

XNEWA, NEWA and the native NextPVR app are all correct...I've reset the dB a million times, rebooted Kodi, enabled/disabled the NextPVR plugin....nothing seems to work....

What is actually out? Timing, channel numbers or Is it just the icons being the wrong ones?

If, you need to go in and delete the cached images in Kodis userdata folder C:\Users\"your username"\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\addon_data\pvr.nextpvr

Seem that just the logos are incorrectly mapped to the actually channel number...thing is it is mixed up on all machines I have...my Mac running Kodi, my Windows Box running Kodi....so it is a backend issue not the client that is getting the channels mixed up....

See a shot of the native app the then the Kodi EPG and you'll notice the logos are wrong compared to that of the native NextPVR app....basically the first TV Logo should be ABC News not the ABC1 logo....it is putting the ABC News logo in to the bottom and pushing everything else out by one....again it is not a naming issue or a client end issue because on the native NextPVR app or the NEWA/XNEWA apps they're exactly how they should be.

You can check the backend by running

http://localhost:8866/service?method=cha...sid=foobar

find the id for one of your channels and then try

http://localhost:8866/service?method=cha...sid=foobar

Hi Martin

I did as you have said above, looked at the first channel (ABC News as the is showing the ABC1 channel logo incorrectly) and the logo is correct...so it must be something up with the Kodi PVR plug in because every single Kodi client I have is having the identical issue?

Did you check with Confluence skin just in case it is a skin issue?

Man...you're right...just tried from my computer and changing the skin does correct it...however I know this isn't the case on my main machine as it users Amber and shows incorrect whereas on my laptop with Amber it's now correct...I'll try manually deleting the cache....

Thanks and sorry to be such a numb nuts...
