Schedules Direct - Missing EPG data (SIGN OFF)

I've got five right now, all of them should be something broadcasting:

KCOP 5/13 9:00-10:00pm
KLCS 5/15 8:00-9:00am
KCAL 5/18 7:30-8:00pm
Disney 5/24 9:00-9:30pm
Disney 5/25 10:00-10:30am

This is all zip 92705, OTA except Disney which is from the Time Warner cable lineup.

OK, I think I got to the bottom of this particular issue. There are programs upstream that are missing mandatory elements; I flag those but because the service runs "headless" I wasn't seeing those errors. (Since there are multiple threads on multiple servers all doing their own thing it's difficult to troubleshoot a parallel process). But a "failsafe" part of my code hates having gaps in the schedule, so it fills in the SIGN OFF as a placeholder.

I'm now logging the programs that are incorrect upstream and have opened a ticket with them so that they know what's happening.

So: there will be fewer SIGN OFFs, now that I know what to look for, but it may not be "0" until our upstream doesn't allow bad data to get published.

If you continue to have SIGN OFFs when the station is broadcasting (prime time, for example), please send me an email at rkulagow@gmail.com. If it's 2 weeks in the future, then that's OK, the station may not know what they're going to show yet. But if it's "tomorrow" then send me an email so that I can see what's in the raw data and can try to get it fixed.

Please include the stationID and the date / time of the station with the issue when you send me the email so that I can quickly check what we have.

I've got 4, but they look ligit. one each on Saturday and Sunday for 2 weeks.
