Unhandled exception

I am running Win 8.1 Pro with WMC. I have installed Kodi and then NextPVR and when I select Settings > Devices in NextPVR I get the Unhandled exception error that says No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. What can I do?

The first thing you should do is read the sticky at the top of the NPVR support forum that tells you what to submit when asking for help. Hint: send all the NPRVR log files for the time when you experienced the problem.

Get NPVR working by itself before trying to integrate it with Kodi. Get it recording before trying live TV.
