It doesn't have any explicit diseqc support for genpix devices, but it does try to use generic BDA methods if you've specified diseqc on a device like this. I'm not sure whether this works well with genpix or not though. I'd suggest ignoring diseqc for now, so we can focus on the scan dying though. ie, try to just focus on the one satellite for now. We'll revisit that issue after.
If you adjust the order of the transponders in your satellite ini file, so that problem transponder is first, does it still die on that one, or a later?
If you create a c:\temp before scanning, do you get a crash.mdmp file in that directory?
It die on same place. I put problem transponder first and it die on corresponding transponder. always transponder #10. attached are NPVR and crash.mdmp file

With this version scan complete. what I can see when I enter again in device setup LOF1 and LOF2 were reverse to 9750 and 10600 not 11250 for both how I set them before scan.
is this something that can cause I can not see picture.

I use mainconcept, try also cyberlink no result. plus when channels from dvb are in list I can not use other channels (clear qam and atsc). As soon as I select channel program stop working and there is not this file crash.mdmp.
