Can´t play one of the channels.

I followed your instructions. The service was set to mpeg2 hd. I tried changing it to h.264 hd but unfortunately it didn't work. Still receiving black screen for that channel. I also tried some of the other services with no luck.
Since it seems obvious to me that a h264 hd channel shouldn't be using a mpeg2 hd service I left the setting on h.264 hd for that channel. (all my other hd channels uses that service/settting)

If you do a recording on that channel, does the recording playback ok? If not, can you supply a short sample recording? I'll check it here.

Yes, that is one of the things I don't understand. The channel records just fine and the recording is playable within nextpvr afterwards. EPG also works just fine. It's just the livetv that is causing trouble.

Can you create a c:\temp directory, and set the following registry settings, then try viewing live tv, then send the files that get created in c:\temp?

Just some more info...
I tried setting this up on two different hardware setups. One pc that runs win7 and one that runs win10. It's the same problem on both, black screen and no audio on that particular channel. Both machines however uses the same HDHomeRun network tuner (but HDHomeRun viewer as well as VLC are both able to show live tv for that channel). I think my problem is quite the same as the poster before me.

In those logs, the device is never delivering any data.

I'd check what the HDHR Config app is show. ie, signal locked, data rate etc.

When clicking the "view" button I get an info dialogue stating that the tuner is in use by the npvr ip-address. When overriding the channel shows just fine in VLC.

Does this make any sense to You?

Restart the recording service, and only try that one channel.
