I just checked through your logs, and cant see any obvious errors (there is one to do with Schedules Direct, and one to do with DRI, but neither of these relate the problem you describe). It doesn't look like you zipped the logs immediately after trying to create these channel groups though, so these attempts are not covered in your logs.

Can you have another go at creating these groups, then zip the npvr.log and report it? Don't restart the application before zipping the logs.

Try that. Too big to upload it without zipping it up.

ok, that log shows the updatedb process, the tables were ok so this definitely doesn't appear to be the previously known issue with the missing database column. I don't see any errors in your log; if it were the missing column issue you'd get a SQL error when trying to save the channel group. If there's no SQL error or .net exception then nothing is logged otherwise for creating channel groups.

We don't have much to go on. We haven't yet seen any error message.

If you can zip and attach your npvr.db3, I'll try creating some channel groups using your database to see if I can reproduce the problem.

See attached. Be aware while the forum site claims it's only 7 KB, Windows shows just over 3 megs.

and that doesn't suggest to you that you've made a mistake?

there was, it was the same npvr.log as previously posted. looks like he removed that and tried to attach the correct 3mb .7z file, not noticing that the forum won't accept an .7z attachment that big.

@will pittenger, try http://www.wetransfer.com
