Blank channels on live TV

NextPVR still shows only a blank screen. VLC won't play the file.
I submitted a ticket to Ceton (the tuner card's manufacturer) as the card might be faulty. But it might take time for a response.

NextPVR can only watch/record unencrypted copy-freely channels. If you're able to supply a short sample recording, I can check in the file for you.

Well, those in the Kodi forum said NextPVR would work with Comcast. :confused: I deleted the first recording thinking it wasn't of any value. I'm trying to get NextPVR to record another show, but it keeps hanging. The entry for the item I'm trying to record turns red, but no file gets created.

Well, in the meantime, I'm going back to Windows 7 and see if I can get WMC to work with all 6 tuners. I'm saving the existing profile though.

What does the Ceton diagnostics tell you regarding your tuners being setup right.
