I think it's case of the event_id being stale. In kodi can you try selecting Settings->TV->Guide->'Clear Data', then try again?

If you want to try a recurring recording, you can right click on a show in the kodi guide and select 'Add Custom Timer'.

ok that fixed it.

From the short amount of testing I have done it works ok.

Setup a recurring recording in Kodi 16, started NPVR checked the recording details are correct and recurring.
closed NPVR, deleted the recurring recording in Kodi, started NPVR and checked that the recording was delete.

I have setup the recording in Kodi again. Will let it record now and see how it goes tomorrow.

I may revert back to 15.2 as I need to use this particular machine as a test system before rolling out to my other devices.

Where do I find the log? I got the errors "Add-on couldn't be loaded." and "Check the log for more information about this message." Happens when I enable the add-on and then enable TV function on Kodi. The error pops up, then NextPVR goes back to being disabled.

edit: I undid the two file replacements in pvr.nextpvr, and only did the .dll file in NPVR folder. Error looks gone, but the TV tab hasn't shown up yet.
