Help! Only this channel doesn't work

It's RSI LA2 HD (but also LA1).
Seems NextPVR detects no signal.
Obviusly with any other on the same pc channel is perfectly visible

Any help?
This happens from many years (almost 5-6) with all revisions of GBPVr and NextPVR.
Had a look at tuning parameters, but they are exactly the same as other software (where the channel is visible).
I want really to use NextPVR, trying to solve all the bugs.

If the file is not zero bytes ... what happens if you play the file using Windows Media Player and VLC?

Can you try using TSCapture (http://www.tscapture.com) to record a 1 minute full transport stream of this channel, or another channel on the same frequency, then make the file available somewhere for me to download? The TSCapture evaluation mode allows you to make 1 minute recordings.

The file is not zero bytes but very short (1 MB) and naturally is not playable neither with WMC nor VLC

RSI LA2 HD is an encrypted broadcast. That's also why this channel is unticked by default when you scan. You need to expand the width of the 'Type' column in the scanner to see this clearly though.

Yes I know it, sub.
I have ticked it and made it available to NextPVR.
It's a channel I view very often (it's in italian).
It's the only encrypted channel that can't be viewed (the same happens with RSI LA1 HD on another transponder) in NextPVR. All the other encrypted channels work.
The same channel can be seen on mediaportal, dvbviewer, progdvb, etc, on the same PC.
Seems like NextPvr (server) doesn't receive signal, but the channel is found when scanning.
