As long as you have a valid subscription is is fully legal to use a softcam to decrypt a channel you pay for.

Since you're trying to use multidec to decrypt it, there is probably very little I can do about it.

You'd probably need to try looking at the ACAMD GUI (or whatever softcam you're using) to see if there is any difference about what is reported on this channel with NextPVR vs any other application it does work in. ie, things like CAPMT or pids etc. If you can spot differences, then there is a possibility I can look into it.
