That'll be either because Schedules Direct is down, or your got some invalid username/password entered (, or possibly you've got some firewall/antivirus software blocking network access).
If you can reproduce this error, then zip and attach your npvr.log, it'll hopefully tell us if schedules direct doesn't like the credentials you've supplied (or your accounts expired, or any other reported error). You need to collect that log immediately after seeing the error.

I started setting up the channels with channels direct. As I progressed the application would not provide a lineup. Only 3 changed. Some I changed reverted back.
Now when I try to setup channels direct it says it cant connect to channels direct. Its gotten worse.
