Looks like it's receiving no data from the HDHomeRun, like you'd typically get with a firewall/antivirus getting in the way.

Maybe run up the HDHomeRun config app, to see if it thinks it's locked onto a channel, and it's not copy-protected, and it's sending data.

Hopefully your channels haven't switched to copy-protected!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction with the config app. Looks like I've got a funky prime box. The top priority prime would not tune a channel in config. So I disabled it and viola! Live TV! I hate coincidences, a Prime box failing at the exact same time I upgrade to Windows 10.:eek:

The ultimate fix was to re-seat both cable cards.
